Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the HUE Design Studio for Process Automation, driving UX vision, strategy, and delivery aligned to PA leadership.
  • •Recruit, develop, and manage UX design talent; oversee resources, operational plans, and multidisciplinary competencies.
  • •Develop human-centered designs, usability testing frameworks, co-creation workshops, and UX best practices across the product development lifecycle.
  • •Oversee end-to-end product and program documentation (user guides, installation manuals, administrator guides, troubleshooting references) and feature walkthrough/process flow documentation.
  • •Ensure the technical writing function uses MadCap Flare for HTML/PDF documentation and maintain stakeholder review/feedback cycles aligned to the UX and product experience roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Design, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
  • •12+ years of experience in UX design for products and software applications.
  • •Senior design leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams including UX designers and/or technical writers.
  • •Experience working in Agile environments with lean UX methodologies.
  • •Ability to translate complex vision into understandable concepts and workable design narratives while influencing product, software, hardware, and development teams during early-stage development.
