Senior Corporate Counsel, Product

Serve as primary product counsel for DigitalOcean’s product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, advising across the full product lifecycle. Lead legal risk assessments spanning privacy, regulatory, licensing, intellectual property, customer data, export control, open-source, and responsible AI. Draft and negotiate complex commercial and data protection agreements, and support incident response and regulatory investigations while building scalable legal playbooks and templates.
