Job Summary

Perform a wide range of automotive repairs and diagnostics in Carvana’s inspection/reconditioning centers, from maintenance and heavy engine work to advanced electrical issues for electric and hybrid vehicles. Complete repairs including wheel bearings and axles and vehicle climate control systems (AC and heater cores). Work with state-of-the-art tools, follow safety practices, and be available for mandatory overtime based on business needs.

•Perform general to complex automotive repairs on all makes and models, from maintenance to heavy engine work.
•Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles.
•Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles, and vehicle climate control systems including ACs and heater cores.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana inspection/reconditioning centers to support vehicle reconditioning.
•Work mandatory overtime as needed based on business requirements.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment (e.g., face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, protective garments).
