MLOps Engineering Manager

Lead and scale a new MLOps team, defining MLOps processes, tooling, and infrastructure to deliver reliable machine learning and AI systems at Trainline. Own deployment and operations for production-ready, observable models supporting batch and online use cases, including recommendations and large language models. Partner across engineering, data science, product, and data to strengthen engineering standards, improve experimentation and monitoring, and guide cloud/CI/CD tooling decisions.
