Job Summary

Lead a team of approximately 10 Inside Sales Representatives in a hands-on player-coach role focused on growing revenue and pipeline. You will recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent; drive deal execution through coaching, pipeline reviews, and forecasting; and track KPIs to improve productivity and conversion. Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales activity with business priorities, campaigns, and client needs while maintaining CRM and reporting discipline.
