Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience recommended in transactional or corporate practice or an in-house commercial legal team with hands-on exposure to commercial contracts and investment-related NDA drafting.
  • •Experience supporting high-volume, deadline-driven transactional work while maintaining quality and handling competing priorities.
  • •Strong grasp of relevant legal concepts with commercial pragmatism to know when to flag issues versus proceed.
  • •Clear, crisp written and verbal communication for clients and colleagues.
