Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the P&L for Field & Channel in Japan and ensure alignment with budget and financial goals.
  • •Lead development and execution of Field & Channel spend budgets and manage monthly flash & accrual processes for cost forecasting and variances.
  • •Analyze cost trends and variances to proactively identify cost reduction opportunities and implement initiatives to close gaps.
  • •Manage centralized Purchase Order (PO) and Invoice Management processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • •Partner with business owners and stakeholders to optimize Carepacks costs and represent CS F&C finance in reviews with the country MD.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Typically 12+ years of work experience in operations, customer support, finance, or business management.
  • •Strong financial and business acumen with deep experience in P&L management.
  • •Professional proficiency in Japanese (verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • •Advanced analytical skills to identify cost drivers, perform trend and sensitivity analysis, and support executive reporting.
