Key Responsibilities

  • •Maximize customer value from a portfolio of international relationships and identify alignment opportunities with other product groups.
  • •Formulate and implement relationship management strategy to maintain and deepen customer loyalty.
  • •Grow inbound revenue through new-to-bank acquisition and deepening product penetration for existing customers.
  • •Drive corridor engagement with key stakeholders and identify business leads and opportunities to support business growth.
  • •Implement Global Standards due diligence, act as First Line of Defense for financial crime risks, and initiate work with credit officers to secure credit approvals while monitoring credit risk.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of solid frontline experience in banking/relationship roles.
  • •Solid knowledge of banking products including Credit and Lending, Global Trade Solutions (GTS), Global Payments Solutions (GPS), and Markets & Securities Services (MSS).
  • •Strong analytical and credit assessment skills for complex structured facilities with an international dimension, including producing quality credit packages and leading approvals.
  • •Ability to meet licensing requirements related to securities.
  • •Fluency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
