Job Summary

Monitor and analyze client security data as an entry-level subject matter expert within a 24/7 global Cyber Defense Centre. Detect and respond to security incidents, perform threat hunting, and report findings using SIEM and security tools. Tune MSSP platform and client SIEM for improved detection and collaborate with clients and internal teams on documentation, knowledge articles, and incident diagnosis across Windows/Linux and network technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Work as part of a 24/7 global Cyber Defense Centre team, monitoring and analyzing incoming client data to deliver security information and recommendations.
•Perform incident detection and response, generate security event reporting, and conduct threat hunting using SIEM and security tools.
•Tune the MSSP platform and client SIEM with client stakeholders and internal teams to improve detection, analysis, and reporting.
•Maintain and update content/documentation and ensure usage of knowledge articles for incident diagnosis and resolution.
•Support service delivery monitoring against SLAs, maintain relevant records, and assist with recommending system changes and answering client security queries.

Key Requirements

•Entry level experience in SOC analysis operations and security incident handling end to end.
•Knowledge of SIEM usage for investigations and implementing/monitoring supported SIEM or security tools.
•Knowledge of security architecture and working across different security technologies.
•Hands-on entry level experience with security technologies such as firewall, IPS, IDS, and proxy.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/computing or a related field, plus security certifications such as AZ-500, SC-200, Security+, CEH, CISSP, or CISM (or similar).
