Job Summary

Own the enterprise product area from strategy through execution for life sciences partners, translating complex customer objectives into scalable capabilities and new business lines. Partner with senior executives and teams across engineering, design, operations, data, and commercial functions to discover, launch, measure, and expand products that improve patient access and commercial outcomes. Build product metrics, data products, and feedback loops to ensure meaningful value for customers, providers, patients, and Forus.

Key Responsibilities

•Own enterprise product strategy, roadmap, and execution for life sciences partner products and capabilities.
•Develop a deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturers’ path to market, patient access, and commercial/patient outcome measurement.
•Work with customers, providers, patients, and internal teams to identify problems and define products to solve them.
•Translate customer objectives into scalable product direction, deciding what becomes configurable capability, a new product, or operational support.
•Lead new products from discovery and commercial validation through design, implementation, launch, measurement, and expansion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 300,000 annually
