Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the events calendar end-to-end, including event selection, planning, logistics, on-site delivery, and post-event follow-up.
  • •Build and manage third-party conferences, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities, prioritized by pipeline potential and audience fit.
  • •Plan and deliver customer summits, coordinating content, speakers, venues, and attendee experience.
  • •Run the webinar program end-to-end, including topic planning, speaker recruitment, promotion, run-of-show, follow-up, and performance tracking.
  • •Manage event stakeholder communication, lead handoff/reporting with Sales, and post-event reporting with Marketing Operations.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years managing B2B marketing events, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or related enterprise software.
  • •Proven ability to run both in-person (conferences, dinners, summits) and digital events (webinars) end-to-end.
  • •Strong project management skills to juggle multiple events simultaneously, on budget and on deadline.
  • •Experience with event/webinar tooling and marketing automation/CRM platforms, including HubSpot.
  • •Vendor and budget management experience, including contract negotiation.
