Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies. Deliver a superior client experience through complex and standardized transactions, and educate customers on digital, self-service banking options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Actively support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), serve as secondary contact for new account openings, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
