Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel to client locations to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles in the field.
  • •Function as a service advisor and perform parts department duties including ordering, returns, and inventory management.
  • •Use appropriate software suite to document customer vehicle interactions accurately and completely.
  • •Perform walk-around and write-up processes to assess primary concerns through interview and visual assessment.
  • •Invoice and collect payment, and provide customer service duties such as answering phones, scheduling, and follow-ups on repair status.
