Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a multi-disciplinary technology team (~75+ FTE) across multiple locations.
  • •Manage technology delivery budget (~$20–25m USD annually) and major client change pipelines across multiple budget cycles.
  • •Provide service management for SSv systems and platforms, including new feature delivery, maintenance, production management, service availability, and vendor management.
  • •Design and lead Private Assets, Middle Office, and Pensions technology delivery teams aligned to SSv IT architecture principles and governance practices.
  • •Collaborate with product, delivery, operations, and value stream peers to set vision/outcomes and OKRs, optimize resources, and manage operational/financial/regulatory/reputational risk.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years leading and motivating large-scale high-performing teams across multiple geographies and cultures.
  • •10+ years influencing and negotiating at Director and Managing Director level in a global/regional commercial environment.
  • •Change management experience in an IT environment, including large-scale budgetary and vendor management.
  • •Working knowledge of delivery methodologies including Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps, plus understanding of product development lifecycle/SDLC.
  • •Exposure to AI and the ability to integrate AI into business and technology environments.
