Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide preconstruction support during project approval phases, including historical cost analysis and development of annual contractor purchase orders.
  • •Manage internal project budgets and schedules of values for monthly financial reporting across multiple projects.
  • •Oversee external project budgets and communications using external project management platforms for commitment, change, and document control.
  • •Lead monthly forecasting and cash flow analysis, identify variances, and prepare executive-level reports.
  • •Maintain risk registers, manage vendor invoice review and quarterly accrual reporting, and support change order routing and financial closeout.

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • •6–7 years of construction industry experience, including at least 4 years in cost-focused project controls roles supporting large multi-project programs.
  • •Data Center or mission-critical construction experience is strongly desirable.
  • •Proven forecasting and change management experience on large-scale construction projects.
  • •Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and cost control tools (e.g., eBuilder, Procore, or similar).
