Project Cost Consultant – Data Center Construction

Support a technology client’s expanding data center new-build and retrofit program by leading project cost management, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and variance identification. Work with global construction teams, site project managers, and internal groups across analytics, procurement, and finance. Own budgets, schedule of values, accrual reporting, vendor invoice reviews, and risk register updates, while preparing executive-level reports using dashboards and project controls tools.
