Field Services Engineer

Install, deploy, and maintain Pronto’s autonomous haulage technology at customer sites. You’ll perform electrical/mechanical scoping, install sensor systems and vehicle interfaces, run calibrations and validation tests, and carry out preventive maintenance. In the field, diagnose and repair hardware, software, and connectivity issues, document service activity using ticketing/CRM tools, and provide basic customer training while coordinating closely with engineering teams. Travel up to 75%.
