Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform on-site installation of Pronto hardware and software, including sensor systems, DBW kits, power integration, and vehicle interfaces.
  • •Conduct system calibrations, validation tests, and coordinate with engineering and customer teams to align deployments with specifications.
  • •Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and monitor/log equipment conditions to ensure system reliability.
  • •Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and connectivity issues using diagnostic tools and logs; implement fixes with minimal downtime.
  • •Serve as the on-site point of contact, provide basic customer training when needed, and document service activities, updates, and issues in internal systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •5+ years of experience in field service, automotive electronics, mechatronics, or a similar technical support role.
  • •Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and electrical testing tools.
  • •Solid understanding of vehicle systems, including power, CAN bus, sensors, and ECUs.
  • •Ability to read wiring diagrams/schematics and follow technical documentation; comfort working independently in the field.
