Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive technical and operational direction from the Project Manager and assist with planning and coordination of subcontractor activities.
  • •Monitor subcontractor personnel and enforce adherence to project plans, schedules, construction methods, and quality control for installations.
  • •Review and coordinate manpower, material, and equipment requirements, and support project pre-planning including CPM schedules and work sequences.
  • •Assist with safety program compliance and support OSHA safety and recordkeeping requirements.
  • •Use construction management systems to maintain records (daily diaries, project logs, RFIs, submittal logs and agreements) and keep supervisors informed of progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent demonstrated experience and/or education.
  • •Valid driver's license required.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering.
  • •Preferred: 4 or more years of relevant engineering experience.
  • •Preferred: Prior data center experience and industry certifications such as EIT or PE.
