  • •Conduct proactive outreach via phone, text, and chat to keep students engaged and accountable.
  • •Coach students through personal, academic, and motivational challenges while maintaining empathy and clear expectations.
  • •Break down goals into actionable next steps and support time management and coursework progress.
  • •Track progress using dashboards and complete forms (e.g., deferrals, withdrawals) with consistent documentation.

Key Requirements
