Professional Services Project Manager

Lead governance and end-to-end execution of Professional Services projects for Cloudflare customers, serving as the bridge between sales, technical delivery teams, and executive stakeholders. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and executive reporting while ensuring cybersecurity and networking solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Build strong customer relationships, monitor project financial health, and use AI-assisted tools to improve delivery speed, quality, and continuous improvement across the PMO lifecycle.
