Coating Operator - Nights

Operate coating line machinery to drive production performance on multiple workstations. Lead machine setups, product changeovers, and program production sequences, while monitoring meters, gauges, temperatures, and pressures to troubleshoot malfunctions and identify root causes. Perform routine quality tests with standard measuring devices, follow safety policies and PPE, and safely handle materials and products. Support preventative maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives to help meet department goals.
