Associate Director - Cost Management

Lead end-to-end commission service delivery as a cost management and commercial leader on a high-profile infrastructure project in Birmingham. Act as the day-to-day client interface, ensuring objectives are met through value-added cost management. Own feasibility, estimating and cost planning, procurement processes, post-contract change control, monthly cost reporting, final accounts negotiation, and where appropriate lead teams while supporting new business development.
