Job Summary

Manage the procure-to-pay process for indirect materials, ensuring timely, cost-effective purchasing that supports operational needs. Identify qualified suppliers, place purchase orders from requisition through invoice payment, obtain and negotiate quotes, analyze supplier pricing, and make sourcing recommendations. Ensure documentation compliance and on-time delivery, coordinating with requisitioners and internal stakeholders to meet team turn times and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the procure-to-pay process for indirect materials to support operational requirements and supply chain objectives.
•Identify qualified suppliers and leverage existing agreements for required commodities.
•Manage purchase order placement from requisition through invoice payment for assigned commodities.
•Obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, delivery, and terms, and analyze supplier quotes to make sourcing recommendations.
•Ensure on-time delivery, complete purchase order documentation per company policies, and coordinate with requisitioners and functional groups.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
•At least 1 year of experience with SAP procurement software or similar ERP systems in a supply chain/procurement environment.
•Advanced proficiency in English.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally in written and spoken English.
•Proficiency in SAP (Procurement functions, Business Warehouse, Business Objects).
