Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with setup and operation of press machines to produce quality product for lamination and finishing departments.
  • •Service removable press components (e.g., cylinders, gears, anilox, heads, pans) and support plate prepping and cylinder sleeving.
  • •Maintain housekeeping in press, prepress, and ink waste areas; drain and clean ink pots and press components.
  • •Measure and record anilox volumes after cleaning; clean, inspect, and prepare anilox rollers for cleaning and loading.
  • •Label and palletize finished rolls, acquire and stock operating supplies, and assist with take down and reassembly; complete other duties as assigned.
