Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, helping clients build essential life, communication, and social skills. Implement individualized treatment plans, collect and record session data, and support behavior-reduction and skill development goals. Maintain a positive rapport with clients and families while participating in ongoing ABA and special education training. Part-time in-person work with a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
