Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead manufacturing execution excellence and customer experience across delivery, quality, cost, and transformation performance.
  • •Manage lab operations, equipment maintenance, and field service/depot repair processes for partner operations.
  • •Ensure EMS partner sites deploy and maintain an outstanding Quality Management System (QMS).
  • •Lead operational excellence metrics (e.g., ACT Yield, timely delivery) and drive associated business results.
  • •Investigate and resolve factory quality issues using failure analysis; drive cycle time reduction, test optimizations, and quality improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of broad Supply Chain Electronics Technical Operations experience in Failure Analysis, Test Development Engineering, or Manufacturing Process experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field) required.
  • •5+ years of personnel management experience, leadership role in Supply Chain and team development.
  • •Strong knowledge and experience in Failure Analysis, functional test and/or PCBA SMT operations and factory management.
  • •Experience with NPI, RMA tracking, and supply chain alignment; must be on-site everyday.
