Job Summary

Lead enterprise Oracle Cloud SCM transformations for Industrials & Manufacturing clients. Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, including estimation, solution design, and program/project leadership. Collaborate with senior client executives and Huron leaders to architect and implement technology solutions, manage cross-functional teams, and drive stakeholder alignment. Build and mentor consulting teams, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to business growth through additional project work.

•Collaborate with Huron and client senior leaders to architect and implement enterprise technology solutions aligned to engagement objectives.
•Provide client engagement delivery oversight, program management, and leadership across multiple workstreams.
•Lead Oracle Cloud SCM transformation delivery, including estimation, solution design, and implementation planning.
•Manage large, cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects of significant scale and complexity.
•Build enduring client relationships, sell additional project work, and develop/mentor consulting team members.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of consulting or advisory experience, including operating at the Director level and leading enterprise-scale platform implementations.
•Proven track record leading large, complex Oracle Cloud transformations in Industrials & Manufacturing environments.
•Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM, including Procurement, Inventory, Costing, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
•Experience leading end-to-end delivery: estimation, implementation planning, solution design, and program/project leadership across multiple workstreams.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
