Key Responsibilities

•People development and team management: conduct interviews, recruit, coach, and evaluate team performance; lead and support floor teams and ensure discipline and loyalty to the company.
•Sales and Service: maintain an active management presence on the sales floor, deliver exceptional service, identify sales opportunities, and achieve annual sales goals for the section; oversee CRM standards and client data quality.
•Operations: ensure policy compliance, complete daily sales reports, manage scheduling and attendance, support stock management and product maintenance; partner with HR and support functions.
•Product management: oversee multiple métiers/product categories, provide market updates, advise buying decisions, and collaborate with VM for business needs; maintain stock and sell-through.
•CRM & client development: drive client development initiatives via CRM, maximize client capture rate, and ensure high-quality client information for future engagement.

Key Requirements

•Prior management experience in luxury retail is essential
•4+ years in retail or related experience
•Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Cegid
•Ability to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable recommendations
•Clear written and verbal communication skills
