Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-level technical Power Delivery project leadership across moderate to larger portfolio projects, ensuring performance in financials, technical execution, client satisfaction, quality, safety, and schedule.
  • •Oversee and monitor cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to execute multiple concurrent utility projects, including budgets, tracking hours/expenses, deliverables, compliance documentation, and contractual obligations.
  • •Lead development of project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans; build WBS tasks and estimated costs; manage technical review levels and QA/QC plan adherence.
  • •Develop and maintain project initiation/setup documentation (risk, project management plan, project quality plan, project safety plan, communications plan) and facilitate stakeholder kick-off meetings.
  • •Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost and change management; work with project accounting on metrics and margin; support contract negotiation and lead client reporting and project closeout/lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering firm.
  • •Essential project management certification required (e.g., PMP, CAP-M).
  • •12+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role within the Power Delivery/Utility industry.
  • •Proficient understanding of the project delivery process within the Power Delivery industry and strong project management experience.
  • •Proficiency with technical writing and relevant software, including MS Office suite products (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint) and PM tools.
