Job Summary

Own senior-leader engagement for the Army’s Next Generation Command & Control (NGC2) program, driving rapid fielding through stakeholder influence and readiness alignment. Prepare Army formations to receive NGC2, validate delivery assumptions, and create a repeatable technology adoption model. Develop mid-term (6-month) product roadmaps tied to operational priorities, identify integration opportunities across software, transport, and compute, and escalate/deescalate when executive engagement is required.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive NGC2 engagement from the top-down with senior leaders.
•Prepare Army formations to receive NGC2 by validating/redefining delivery assumptions and ensuring organizational readiness.
•Create and operationalize a repeatable technology adoption model, including change-management and early evangelism with new customers.
•Develop 6-month NGC2 product roadmaps based on operational leadership priorities and populate application/feature/integration plans ahead of fielding.
•Identify and facilitate first-party Anduril product adoption within Army formations and step in for escalation/deescalation when executive engagement is required.

Travel: Extensive travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 206,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12-15+ years of experience working with or within the DoD and Intelligence Community.
•Bachelor's degree or higher.
•Ability to translate highly technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
•Strong problem-solving across the interface of hardware, software, and networking in unstructured situations.
•Currently possesses and can maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance.
