Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of related professional experience.
  • •5+ years of healthcare regulatory law experience (law firm or in-house), advising on matters including corporate practice of medicine, fraud and abuse laws (Anti-Kickback Statutes, False Claims Act, Civil Monetary Penalties Law), scope of practice, telehealth, and HIPAA.
  • •5+ years of contracting experience drafting and negotiating provider agreements, payor agreements, commercial agreements, network participation agreements, business associate agreements, and related contracts.
  • •Experience working with and supporting healthcare providers and/or healthcare entities.
  • •Strong writing, analytics, communication, and interpersonal skills to provide efficient, practical guidance in a fast-paced environment.
