Lead finance transformation initiatives aligned to business requirements, collaborating with Technology, DATA, OPS, TMO, and stakeholders. Drive adoption of emerging technologies, AI-enabled tools, and automation to enhance reporting. Manage end-to-end project and UAT lifecycle with planning, test design, execution, defect management, and sign-off. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial and management reporting data through robust reconciliation and validation frameworks. Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions to enable data-driven insights and support month-end processes.
