Job Summary

Verify loan documentation and disbursal paperwork for home, SME/LAP, and auto/car loans in line with conventional and Islamic operating guidelines. Execute loan disbursals and servicing transactions in the system, ensuring maker-checker controls, data accuracy, and quality with nil exceptions. Prepare documentation checklists, raise exceptions for discrepancies, maintain MIS trackers, and perform GL reconciliations while meeting SLA/TAT and KPI expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform verification of loan documents and ensure documentation aligns with credit approval and SOP guidelines.
•Verify disbursal documents (KYC, application form, offer letter, loan agreement, property docs/insurance and undertakings) and document discrepancies.
•Prepare documentation checklists, raise exceptions, and execute loan disbursals while updating loan fields in the system.
•Handle loan servicing requests (settlement, postponement, rescheduling, due date change, insurance switch, amendments, and issuance of release letters) and execute related transactions in-system.
•Maintain MIS trackers, ensure maker-checker controls are followed, perform GL reconciliations, and support UAT/system automation while meeting SLA/TAT and KPI accuracy benchmarks.

Key Requirements

•Graduate with 1-3 years’ work experience in operations.
•Excellent analytical skills.
•Good system skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
•Experience in banking policies and credit parameters.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
