•Resolve guest complaints or problems and provide assistance to guests with special needs, including seat accommodations.
•Guide guests to exits and provide instructions or assistance in case of emergency.
•Participate in venue recycling efforts before, during, and after the show; may assist with informational kiosks and verifying staff credentials for restricted areas.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•1+ year in a guest service role (preferred).
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy for handling guest situations.
•Ability to walk constantly, climb stairs, and occasionally lift/carry 25 lbs+
