Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, standardize, and continuously improve QA processes, templates, and best practices across all projects.
  • •Establish and maintain QA governance frameworks aligned with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • •Create test KPIs and metrics, and develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights, trends, and heat maps.
  • •Conduct regular audits, reviews, and maturity assessments; identify QA risks and implement mitigation and contingency strategies.
  • •Mentor QA staff, lead triage calls and peer reviews, develop training materials, and drive change management for new QA practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 15 years of experience in banking QA, including QA and QA leadership roles.
  • •Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics).
  • •Advanced automation scripting skills, including tagging conventions and test case design.
  • •Strong command of defect lifecycle management (severity, defect aging, and defect removal efficiency).
  • •Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and dashboard/reporting tools (Excel, Grafana, Power BI).
