Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform essential production tasks to process meat products using hand tools, knives, machinery, and other equipment.
  • •Support the management team by understanding full operations of the line.
  • •Support training and development of production employees.
  • •Maintain a safe and efficient production line and help maintain safety, quality, and teamwork standards.
  • •Work scheduled shifts and be available for overtime when production demands require it.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • •Be able to perform continuous/repetitive physical tasks and work on a production line for up to a 12-hour shift.
  • •Work in food-production conditions, including around animal blood/carcass parts, cold or warm areas, wet/humid environments, and strong odors.
  • •Work safely using required PPE (hard hat, hearing/eye protection, steel-toed shoes) and may require certification to operate certain equipment.
