Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars in and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee assigned team day-to-day by identifying strengths/weaknesses, coaching, and driving performance management.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory; repair or reject inventory based on estimated repair cost and overall vehicle quality.
  • •Train production associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively and efficiently the first time.
  • •Monitor adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards; prevent and resolve conflict among team members.

  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years)
