Key Responsibilities

•Set the strategy and roadmap for the full Voice product line, from real-time conversational agents through telephony infrastructure and contact-center integrations.
•Own Voice P&L and a revenue target, accountable to leadership for performance versus plan and competitive alternatives.
•Hire, develop, and manage PMs across the Voice line as the product scales.
•Define the technical bar for voice (latency budgets, barge-in behavior, STT/TTS quality, conversation state, and human handoff).
•Lead executive-level enterprise relationships and manage telephony/contact-center partnerships (SIP/PSTN and platforms including Twilio, LiveKit, Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 195,000 - 242,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8-12+ years of product management experience, including meaningful experience leading PM teams (hiring, coaching, and managing).
•Deep voice or telephony domain expertise, including building and shipping real-time voice products (audio pipelines, streaming ASR, TTS latency, endpointing, VAD).
•Direct experience with telephony platforms (Twilio, LiveKit, Vonage, or comparable) and contact-center systems (Genesys, Five9, NICE, Amazon Connect).
•Experience owning a P&L or revenue target and defending plans through enterprise sales cycles.
•Real fluency in AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents, with strong executive presence and product-spec translation skills.
