•Achieve top-line sales targets by selling DEWALT, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, and PORTER-CABLE to end-user customers.
•Establish and maintain key relationships with end-user partners and manage CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs.
•Teach and mentor the local market team on end-user development and align efforts with local market teams, product managers, distributors, and service centers.
•Partner with Channel Marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives.
•Use Salesforce.com to manage CRM/planning activities and communicate successes and failures for key accounts and opportunities.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for construction supplies with a proven track record delivering results.
•Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors is preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred (construction field experience may substitute).
•Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
•Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel up to 50% within the territory assignment.
