AVP, Design Build Manager- Transportation & Water

Lead large-scale, multi-disciplinary highway and transit programs from concept through delivery, applying design-build expertise to guide cross-functional teams and high-stakes client relationships. Own program planning (timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets), manage complex projects across regions, and implement risk and change management. Provide regular status reporting to executive stakeholders and mentor junior program managers to drive continuous improvement and compliance.
