Supports the overall design/project management process, assisting in the coordination and administration of design activities across all project phases. Provides administrative support, facilitates communication, and ensures timely delivery, collaborating with UK Design Manager on major or complex projects and serving as the main point of contact for day-to-day design management.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in the management and coordination of the design process across project phases.
•Assist in recording design change processes and implementing effective protocols to support delivery of a design solution.
•Support the UK Design Manager on larger major or complex projects and act as the main point of contact for day-to-day project delivery with Design Management support.
•Assist in setting up and monitoring the design management plan, and recording progress against it.
•Provide support to project control functions and ensure compliance with corporate, departmental and legislative requirements to maintain quality and consistency.

Key Requirements

•9+ years of experience in a similar role.
•Excellent spoken and written English evidenced by an internationally recognised qualification.
•Knowledge of design management processes including defined project lifecycle frameworks.
•Conversant with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
•Capable of managing and prioritising own work with commercial awareness.
