Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
  • •Handle shipping documentation (purchase orders, return authorizations, delivery notes) and maintain accurate records.
  • •Direct shipment movement from receiving to storage/work areas; schedule inbound and outbound loads and log commercial vehicles.
  • •Provide timely updates to carriers, 3rd-party logistics partners, and internal/external customers to track and resolve carrier issues.
  • •Use SAP to print pick lists, confirm and post orders, and support continuous improvement for efficiency and process enhancements.
