Job Summary

Support internal Raytheon Quality Management System (QMS) audits across Arizona West sites and other locations. Plan and conduct audit activities, represent the audit team with site leadership, and hold opening/closing meetings and daily debriefs. Verify compliance with AS9100 series and ISO 9001:2015 requirements, ensure corrective actions are tracked, reviewed, and approved, and complete detailed audit reports. Onsite role with travel up to 25%.

Key Responsibilities

•Support internal QMS audits for compliance with the AS9100 series in support of the Raytheon QMS.
•Support the Site Lead Auditor with audit planning, site leadership representation, opening/closing meetings, and daily debriefs.
•Ensure processes, products, and services comply with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
•Complete detailed audit reports, including findings and non-conformances, and review/approve corrective actions.
•Perform other audits as deemed appropriate at the sites; travel up to 25%.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and at least two (2) years of relevant experience.
•At least two (2) years of QMS auditing experience within the Aerospace Industry.
•Working experience auditing to AS9100 standards.
•ASQ/CQA Certification (Certified Quality Auditor) or equivalent.
•Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.
