Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide PM leadership for larger, more complex projects, ensuring contributors understand requirements and timelines.
  • •Prepare and oversee project budgets, forecasts, margins, and KPIs; monitor risks and contingencies; track hours and expenses.
  • •Develop project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
  • •Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost and change management and control.
  • •Manage contractual obligations and deliver regular client/project reporting while mentoring staff and enforcing safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Physical Sciences, or related discipline, or equivalent A/E/C or power delivery professional experience.
  • •12+ years of relevant post-education project management experience in industry (utility, EPC, power delivery consulting, or similar).
  • •Highly proficient understanding of project delivery processes and experience managing projects across DBB, EPC, and PDB delivery models.
  • •Advanced analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact with leadership, subcontractors, and employees at all levels.
  • •Advanced proficiency with technical writing and PM tools/software, including strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint).
