Lead BIM team to deliver information modelling across design stages from feasibility to construction, coordinating with UK and India teams. Drive BIM workflows, ensure quality deliverables, and mentor a skilled team on Revit, AutoCAD, ACC/Forma, and related tools within a global capability center.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the BIM/CAD team and coordinate inputs from multiple areas across India and the UK to deliver BIM models and drawings
•Ensure health, safety and welfare of staff and provide visible leadership across projects
•Deliver on the business plan and budget targets through effective BIM workflow management and efficiency improvements
•Coordinate with Information Managers/Design Engineers/Project Managers to prepare BIM models and drawings as per client specifications
•Develop and implement innovative BIM workflows and provide training and guidance to team members

Key Requirements

•Diploma/Engineering in Civil Engineering or equivalent
•15+ years' production experience in design, drafting and engineering with a proven track record
•Professional qualifications: EngTech / IEng / CEng
•Strong knowledge of Civil/Structural engineering principles and BIM workflows
•Background verification will be conducted (BGV) as part of recruitment
