Job Summary

Lead branch performance by exceeding customer expectations, driving sales growth, and creating a customer-centric culture through inspirational leadership and coaching. You’ll be responsible for execution and outcomes in a high-volume retail/branch banking environment, using financial acumen and strategic insight to meet and exceed sales and operational goals. You’ll also develop talent, support mobile and online banking adoption, and serve as a local brand ambassador to strengthen community relationships.

•Use financial acumen and strategic insights to guide decision-making and deliver results in a profit and loss environment.
•Connect with the local community as a brand ambassador to cultivate new customer relationships and deepen existing ones.

Key Requirements

•High School diploma or equivalent required.
•Leadership experience coaching and developing others to drive sales excellence, customer service, and operational integrity in a high-volume branch environment.
•4 years sales management experience in a Retail or Branch Banking environment.
•Track record meeting sales goals and branch objectives in a profit and loss environment.
•Must meet SAFE Act requirements, including completing required background checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.
