Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to Kerry LIFE Safety, Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, and processing policies and follow food safety/quality management procedures.
  • •Perform sensory, physical, chemical, and/or instrumental evaluation of raw materials, in-process, and finished product per SOPs and specifications.
  • •Develop and maintain product and raw material specifications; troubleshoot quality problems and expedite evaluation/disposition for production.
  • •Conduct environmental sampling/testing, investigate positive results, and generate data for Certificates of Analysis.
  • •Maintain laboratory data/files and calibrate equipment on a regular schedule; support corrective actions related to customer complaints/issues.
