Job Summary

Support CHS operations at the Strasburg, ND facility by preparing railcars and trucks for loading/unloading, operating automated scale/dump systems, and managing load-out quality and inventory. You’ll perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance, maintain safe and clean work areas, support warehouse equipment operations (including forklift/loaders), and deliver products to customer sites while following all safety and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Under general supervision, perform general labor responsibilities efficiently.
•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and attaching/detaching hoses.
•Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery/equipment and control/monitor load out functions.
•Operate automated scale/dump systems and record daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks.
•Maintain safe, clean work areas and inventory quality; report customer complaints and safety concerns to a supervisor.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in operations and/or business operations.
•Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
•Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
•High school diploma or GED preferred.
•CDL license or ability to attain one preferred.
