Front Office Representative

Provide superior guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. Manage seamless arrivals and departures by registering guests, handling transactions, and keeping current on accommodations, services, and local attractions. Resolve guest complaints, maintain logs and shift communications, and process credit and billing instructions in line with hotel and privacy policies. Support upselling of rooms and amenities, and coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
