Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in clinic and in-home settings in the Ontario area.
  • •Use creative, high-movement methods to teach communication, social cues, and daily living skills.
  • •Collect progress data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs to ensure children are thriving.
  • •Support families through parent training and consistent, upbeat communication.
  • •Work comfortably in client homes and within the assigned territory while also supporting clinic-based needs as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 - 22 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience working with children (e.g., daycare, camp counselor, teaching, coaching) is required.
  • •Pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire is required.
  • •Reliable transportation to travel to the clinic and/or client homes in the Ontario area.
  • •Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is preferred but not required.
  • •Active CPR certification is preferred.
