Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze customer RFQs for UPS, critical power, and digital power solutions to determine Eaton’s ability to meet requirements.
  • •Ensure technical alignment of Eaton’s offer with customer specifications, including complete CDE (Comply–Deviate–Exceptions) documentation.
  • •Coordinate with sales, applications/consultants, product owners, digital teams, and the wider tender team to deliver competitive, solution-driven bids.
  • •Prepare costing and support development and review of offer documentation consistent with proposed UPS and digital solutions.
  • •Manage tender timelines and perform technical risk/opportunity analysis for critical power and digital solutions, including tender review deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BSc/MSc) or equivalent in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (or related).
  • •7+ years’ experience in engineering, presales, or tendering in a Services & Projects environment.
  • •Strong UPS and critical power fundamentals, including redundancy concepts (N, N+1, 2N), autonomy, and battery technologies.
  • •Experience with digital power and monitoring solutions, and mission-critical power/data center environments is highly desirable.
  • •Ability to review and interpret specifications, drawings, and tender documents; fluent technical English (spoken and written).
